What are our Assessments?
At Cognacity, we believe in using solutions grounded in a solid evidence-base. We use science to evaluate individuals on their abilities, personality, values, job-suitability, and well-being using validated psychometric assessments.
Our metrics are for the consumption of individuals, for use in either a 1:1 with a Cognacity Coach or be reported in a group setting within a seminar or workshop.
Our assessments can be divided into two subsets:
“It was really helpful to pinpoint specifically where the problems arose and how I could tailor the marginal gains to my own life in and outside of work”

Wellbeing and Performance Assessments
The assessments we use are scientifically proven to be reliable and valid measures of psychological wellbeing, as well as several dimensions of performance. We believe that psychological wellbeing and optimal performance go hand in hand, and a healthy employee is a successful employee.
We know that every company is unique, with different areas of needs. Therefore, we offer a service to companies on an individualised basis, where our developers will create a bespoke assessment based only on your requirements. This could be from measuring job devotion to measuring work detachment. This is a popular service when companies need to create a psychometric assessment due to unique circumstances or needs.
Short Resilience Survey™ (SRS)
The Short Resilience Scale Version 4 (SRS4) is a 50-item questionnaire that uses six validated scales. This scale is commonly used in coaching, but can also be used in the workshop setting. This scale provides a snapshot of a group or individuals’ wellbeing, resilience, performance, engagement and burnout risk. This allows us to observe areas of strengths and difficulties in a more detailed manner.
Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment for Corporate Wellbeing is a unique tool that offers employees individual data about their personal stress, recovery, sleep, fitness and exercise patterns for improved wellbeing and better work performance. A personalised, stress-recovery profile report of everyday life with professional feedback motivates each employee to make behavioural changes that improve performance & wellbeing.
Organisational Human Factor Benchmark™ (OHFB)
The OHFB is a human factor risk management tool and is the only tool of its kind to measure both positive and negative aspects of work-related well-being. The OHFB identifies human factor risks (e.g. turnover intention, lack of engagement) so that these can be better managed. The OHFB allows senior managers to benchmark their company’s human factor risks against international norms and to compare different departments within the business against a number of engagement, health and performance drivers.
“I found the coaching session interesting and helpful, it was useful to hear and discuss the results of the psychometrics I completed before the session, it also helped me to reflect on my approach to work and think about ways to not become overcommited in the future.”

Work-related Risk and Integrity Scale™ (WRISc)
The WRISc is a covert, or personality-based integrity measure developed with the specific aim of minimising a range of negative behaviours that can cause harm to an organisation, or individuals within an organisation. These behaviours are collectively known as counterproductive work behaviours (CWB) such as integrity testing, criminal risk, normal risk-taking and general work behaviours.
Neo Personality Inventory™
The NEO PI-R, the gold-standard questionnaire measure of the Five Factor Model (FFM), provides a detailed personality description that can be a valuable resource for a variety of professionals. The NEO PI-R is a concise measure of the five major domains of personality, as well as the six traits or facets that define each domain. Taken together, the five domain scales and 30 facet scales of the NEO PI-R, including the scales for the Agreeableness and the Conscientiousness domains, facilitate a comprehensive and detailed assessment of normal adult personality.
