Gerdi Mulder is a registered Industrial Psychologist (HPCSA) with broad experience across consulting and corporate environments. She holds an MCom in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology from North-West University and has led talent and leadership work across multiple sectors.
Her specialist area is evidence-based leadership assessment and development. She designs multi-method solutions that combine psychometrics, behavioural analytics, and competency frameworks to support executive selection, succession readiness, and leadership growth. She is also an active thought leader who regularly guest lectures at tertiary institutions, delivers keynote presentations at industry events, and presents conference papers on topics including leadership capability, behavioural assessment, psychometric best practice, and high-performance talent strategy.
Outside of work, Gerdi enjoys spending quality time with her family, being outdoors, and staying active. She values balance, meaningful connection, and continuous learning—principles that also shape her approach to client partnership and leadership development.
