Dr Danielle Landau studied Social & Political Sciences at Cambridge University and qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2009 from the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London. She is a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, and now integrates a variety of approaches including CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness.
Danielle worked in the NHS for over 10 years and has been in private practice since 2015. She specialises in the treatment of anxiety, depression and sleep difficulties, and loves working together with clients to help move beyond psychological suffering towards enhanced wellbeing and quality of life.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys being outdoors in nature, hiking and swimming.
