Dr Aisha Tariq has over 10 years of experience in adult mental health. By specialising in evidence-informed therapies including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy (ST), Mentalization Based Treatment (MBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), she has been able to provide effective and tailored interventions across a range of difficulties.
Aisha has worked as an on-site psychologist at PwC in the past and is an experienced wellbeing coach providing a tailored and evidence-informed approach, specialising in overcoming burnout, imposter syndrome and challenges associated with perfectionism. Aisha works with individuals experiencing challenges in a safe, non-judgemental environment using cutting-edge approaches with proven effectiveness.
In her spare time, Aisha’s passion is art, both creating and observing. At the moment she is enjoying pottery throwing.
