Joanna George
I have worked in finance all my working life. 13 years for an oil company in the Strand, London and 11 years at the UKCP gaining experience in all areas of finance.
I have worked at Cognacity for over six years.
I enjoy being creative, sewing, quilting and cross stitch. I am also an avid book reader and Crystal Palace fan.

Joe Gray
Joe Gray is the lead credit controller for Cognacity Performance, and a member of the accounts team. He is currently working part-time as he is completing a medicine degree at Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry. He has a 1st class degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds and was awarded a merit in his masters in Clinical Mental Health Sciences from UCL.
Joe is passionate about mental health and hopes to train as a Psychiatrist on completion of his medicine degree. He is especially interested in the mental health of young people, having worked as an assistant psychologist in a young offenders institute.

Martinique Hector
An experienced Receptionist in Healthcare and other corporate environments.
Hobbies – spending time with family, watching movies

Andrea Hopley
Having qualified as a doctor and worked in the NHS for several years, Andrea changed careers to become a litigation lawyer.
When juggling 4 children and a legal career became too much, Andrea assisted in running the family nursing home for a few years and then managed the Cognacity Wellbeing Practice. After a few years of down-time, she is now responsible for operations on the Performance side of the organisation and advising on legal issues.
Yoga helps keep her sane.

Ollie Kinsey
Ollies training is in Graphic Design, having previously worked for a cooperate and retail design company it then opened windows into data analysis. He combines these skills to create visually clean, clear statistics and reports.
Outside of Cognacity, he works on freelance design works for music brands, and spends his free time watching football, skateboarding, and DJing, having performed all across London and even as far as Bulgaria.

Deanna Tutty
Deanna Tutty is the Clinic Manager and Sports Line Coordinator at Cognacity. After 24 years in the Military, she transitioned to Cognacity in 2007
Deanna has a BSc (Hons) in Leadership and Management in Healthcare and a BTEC Level 5 in Practice Management
The Leadership Skills taught in the Military are put to good use running a clinic, Deanna, along with her admin team, aims to continually improve the patient experience by providing high quality administrative support.

Linda Viviers

James Webb
James has a business development track record that spans 14 years, including over 5 years in the Health and Wellbeing sector.

George Yerbury
George Yerbury has been a member of the Cognacity Wellbeing team for over two years, starting off as a Research Intern and currently working part time as a Clinical Business Development Assistant.
Having recently completed a master’s degree at Kings’ College London in Mental Health Studies and previously studying Psychology at undergraduate level, he has been able to pursue his long-standing interest in psychology and mental health. Alongside his work at Cognacity, George has worked at the Lambeth Hospital on a Psychology placement and is currently gaining experience by supporting young people with mental health and special educational needs at a further education college in Kings Cross. Further down the line, he would like to train to be a clinical psychologist.
Away from work, George enjoys exercising, spending time with fiends and is passionate about music and its therapeutic effects.”
