COVID – 19 Protocol for Face to Face Appointments Once the Clinic Re-Opens
Please protect staff and clients by:
You will be sent an online screening form that is to be completed prior to arriving at Cognacity
Only arriving 5 minutes prior to your appointment (Please do not bring any one with you).
You are required to wear your mask on entering the building and keeping it on until you reach the consulting room for your appointment.
There is hand gel inside the front door and you are required to use this on entry.
At the reception desk, your temperature will be taken using a non-touch thermometer – If your temperature is raised, you will be asked to leave and rebook. If you have symptoms or feel unwell, please call ahead and ask for a virtual appointment.
Please note that we will be using the track and trace if our staff become unwell

Jake Lovelock
Jake is a British Psychological society (BPS) registered Psychologist. Having completed his MSc at the University of London, Jake now works delivering training in corporate and educational spaces as well as psychotherapy in our Harley Street Clinic (also in training to become a BABCP accredited CBT practitioner).
Academically, he has conducted in depth research into stress, performance and work detachment with renowned organisations such as BAE systems, Atlas Electroniks, BMW and Alphabet.
With a talent for rugby union and rugby sevens, including playing in the World Rugby Sevens Series at International Invitations men’s open level – Jake takes his passion for elite performance under pressure and applies it to our own mental health. Specializing in performance, mental health and behaviour; he now uses his background by enabling people and following a passion for resilience
In his downtime, Jake is often being dragged around the UK by his Siberian Husky competing in Canicross or Bikejoring dog sports.

Deanna Tutty
Deanna Tutty is the Clinic Manager and Sports Line Coordinator at Cognacity. After 24 years in the Military, she transitioned to Cognacity in 2007
Deanna has a BSc (Hons) in Leadership and Management in Healthcare and a BTEC Level 5 in Practice Management
The Leadership Skills taught in the Military are put to good use running a clinic, Deanna, along with her admin team, aims to continually improve the patient experience by providing high quality administrative support.
