The theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week 12th-18th May is ‘Community’ – being part of a safe and positive community is essential for our mental health and wellbeing. We flourish when we have strong connections with others and supportive communities that remind us we are not alone. Communities offer a sense of belonging, safety, support during tough times, and a sense of purpose. The workplace community is sometimes a place where we spend the most time. Our flagship workshop, Performing under Pressure, focuses on key resilience skills that help individuals perform effectively despite the challenges and changes we face today. Our approach is grounded in the latest scientific evidence from cognitive neuropsychology, which world-class athletes use daily to optimize their performance.
Mental Health Awareness week is one of the busiest weeks of the year for us, with our global experts leading workshops and webinars for clients throughout the week.
Please reach out if you would like to book Professor Pieter Kruger, Dr. Rob Archer, Dr. Phil Hopley, Dr. Marisa Lang or Jake Lovelock for in-person or online sessions on various anxiety-related topics, including:
• Performance Under Pressure
• Reset and Recharge: How to Reinvigorate Performance and Counter Burnout Through High-Performance Routines
• Active Mindfulness
• Mental Health Awareness
We also offer Mental Health First Aider training (MHFA) fully accredited by Mental Health England and run by our Lead Instructor Deanna Tutty, which includes optional monthly Group Supervision sessions with a Cognacity Psychiatrist.
