Mental Health Awareness Week 15th-21st May: Learn from our experts

The theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week 15th- 21st May is anxiety. Although a normal emotion, anxiety can often escalate and become a mental health problem. In a recent mental health survey by the Mental Health Foundation, a quarter of adults said they felt so anxious, it stopped them from doing the things they wanted to do, some or all of the time. There are many effective, evidence-based strategies for managing anxiety.

This is one of the busiest weeks of our year and our global experts will be leading workshops and webinars for clients all week – please get in touch if you would like to book Professor Pieter Kruger, Dr Rob Archer, Dr Phil Hopley, Dr Marisa Lang or Dr Judith Mohring to deliver in-person or online, on a range of anxiety-related topics including:

• Maximising Performance: Dealing with Anxiety and Uncertainty
• Performance Under Pressure
• Reset and Recharge: How to Reinvigorate Performance and Counter Burnout Through High-Performance Routines
• Active Mindfulness
• Mental Health Awareness
• Building Psychological Safety
