Stress and burnout have been in the news recently because of the news that Lloyds Bank CEO Antonio Horta-Osorio has stepped down temporarily due to health issues. Now it seems that Lloyds faces a downgrade by Moody’s because of his absence. So the impact of stress and burnout are real from both a personal and organisational perspective.
So what can we do about it? The first and most obvious step is to remain aware of the signs and symptoms of stress. To make this easier, we’ve made a little presentation about this, below. But we’d love your views about what else to look out for.
