PP Consulting is delighted to announce a free Breakfast Briefing in our consulting rooms at 8 Devonshire Place, London W1G 6HP on Wednesday 12 October 2011 (8am for 8-30am).
The subject is Performance Under Pressure: Resilience and Well-Being at Work. Our speaker is Dr Pieter Kruger, Founding Director and Lead Clinical Psychologist, LPP Consulting.
Resilience is defined as the ability to perform under pressure, cope effectively with stress and ‘bounce back’ from setbacks. A resilient workforce is therefore better able to cope with today’s fast-changing, demanding work environment.
We now know that resilience is not a trait but a skill, which anyone can learn if they know where to start. In this 1 hour briefing, Dr Kruger will highlight the most important psychological factors involved in building resilience, and identify practical ways of developing resilience in the workplace.
If you’re responsible for workplace performance or wellbeing, we’d love to have you along. Please get in contact with Anna Curtin on email@example.com or call her on 020 3219 3080.
